$75 + GST for a 25-minute session

$145 + GST for a 50-minute session 

$215 + GST for a 75-minute session 

Currently I'm able to offer counselling in-person at Parksville Naturopathic Clinic on Tuesdays (starting September 2023). For all residents of British Columbia, counselling is conducted virtually through Zoom or phone. 

Insurance

Services provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) are often covered by many extended health plans through work or school. I also am a provider for First Nations Health Authority (FNHA). 

$115 + GST for a 50-minute session 

$167.50 + GST for a 75-minute session 

Post-secondary can be a rewarding, challenging, and often costly pursuit for many. To help reduce financial barriers to accessing counselling, I offer reduced rates for students. 

If you are not a student but experiencing financial hardship that may make it more difficult to access psychotherapy, please contact for more details.
